The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any product or service on the Platform. fio777 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products including sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and esports betting. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated and marketed for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia and that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a fio777 Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform;
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, or contractors of fio777 or any affiliated entity, and their immediate family members;
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of placing bets or managing funds;
• Any person in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.

2.4 Verification. fio777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and/or residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fio777 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different usernames, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balances may be confiscated at fio777's discretion, particularly where bonuses have been claimed across multiple Accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. fio777 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.

3.3 Account Ownership. fio777 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your Account to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account shall render it subject to immediate suspension.

3.4 KYC Process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at fio777's reasonable discretion, you will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification (such as KTP, SIM, or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. fio777 may also request utility bills or bank statements as proof of address. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting fio777 customer support via the live chat function available within your Account. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method provided KYC has been completed and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. fio777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify fio777 immediately via live chat support if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of, or access to, your Account. fio777 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account upon such notification. However, fio777 will not be liable for losses incurred prior to the notification of unauthorized access where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. fio777 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their Account security settings. fio777 accepts no liability for Account compromise on Accounts for which 2FA was available but not enabled.

4.4 Shared Devices. If you access fio777 from a shared or public device, you must log out completely after each session and must not save your credentials in the device's browser or password manager. fio777 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from Account access by a third party via a device left logged in by the Account holder.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fio777 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. fio777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for most payment methods. Method-specific minimums are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds obtained through credit cards, loans for the purpose of gambling, funds belonging to another person, or funds derived from any illegal activity. fio777 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and to request documentary evidence of the origin of deposited funds.

5.4 Deposit Fees. fio777 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees on their end — such fees are outside fio777's control and are the Player's responsibility.

5.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is debited from your bank or e-wallet but does not appear in your fio777 Balance within 15 minutes, contact fio777 support via live chat and provide the transaction reference number. fio777 will investigate and credit the Balance where the deposit is confirmed by the payment provider.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) maintained Account standing in good order with no outstanding compliance holds.

6.2 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity documents provided during KYC. fio777 will not process withdrawals to accounts owned by third parties under any circumstances.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be held in your Balance until the cumulative amount meets the minimum.

6.4 Processing Time. fio777 targets a withdrawal processing time of 2–5 minutes for all standard withdrawals to Indonesian banks and e-wallets. This target applies seven days a week, 365 days a year. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or as a result of third-party payment network delays. Withdrawals subject to compliance review may take longer.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees. fio777 does not charge fees on player withdrawals. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply inbound transfer fees — these are beyond fio777's control.

6.6 Deposit Method Matching. Where anti-money-laundering controls require it, fio777 may require that the first withdrawal be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. fio777 will inform you if this requirement applies to your specific withdrawal request.

7.1 General. fio777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek, and major sporting competitions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms in this Clause 7.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses carrying a wagering requirement must be wagered the specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the bonus offer — incomplete wagering upon expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirements remain incomplete may result in the earlier bonus being voided.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. fio777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinated play across multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers; and the use of automated tools to place bets. Where bonus abuse is identified, fio777 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend or close the Account in question.

7.5 fio777's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. fio777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where required by operational, regulatory, or financial considerations. Changes will be communicated on the Platform.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on fio777 are subject to acceptance at fio777's discretion. fio777 and its sportsbook providers reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after placement, where there is reasonable evidence of error, manipulation, or technical fault.

8.2 Palpable Errors. Where a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to pricing errors, system errors, or human data entry errors — fio777 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. fio777 will not be liable for any winnings that arose as a direct result of a palpable error.

8.3 Match Abandonment and Postponement. For sportsbook markets, fio777 follows standard industry settlement rules for postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events. Where a match or event is postponed by more than 24 hours, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

8.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are subject to slightly extended processing times during high-traffic periods. A bet placed while play is temporarily suspended may be void if the market is suspended at the time the bet is received by fio777's systems.

8.5 Maximum Payout Limits. fio777 applies maximum payout limits per event and per period (daily, weekly). These limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface and may vary by sport, market, and competition. Winnings in excess of maximum payout limits will not be paid; the excess is forfeit.

8.6 Casino and Slot Games. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and others) and slot titles are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective licensed game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, PG Soft, Microgaming, and others). Game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes. fio777 does not interfere with game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fio777 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Creating more than one Account or registering under a false identity;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game systems and failing to report them to fio777;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games or poker;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to fio777's systems, servers, or databases;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fio777 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Depositing funds derived from any criminal activity;
• Allowing a minor (under 21) to access or use your Account;
• Circumventing any account restriction, deposit limit, or self-exclusion that has been placed on your Account.

Where fio777 determines that any of the above conduct has occurred, fio777 may: (a) immediately suspend or terminate the Account; (b) void all pending bets; (c) confiscate any Balance remaining in the Account; (d) withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation; and (e) report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the fio777 Platform — including but not limited to the fio777 brand name, logo, domain names, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of fio777 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License. fio777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content, live casino feeds, and odds data are supplied by third-party licensed providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective providers. Use of such content outside the Platform is strictly prohibited.

11.1 Platform Availability. fio777 endeavors to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 11.3 Cap on Liability. Where fio777's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, fio777's aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. fio777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failure, internet service provider outages, or payment network failures.

12.1 Commitment. fio777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must not be used as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

12.2 Player-Controlled Tools. fio777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration with automatic logout;
